Project Description 
NOTE: If the Exchange involves touring, and if the partners have minimal touring or presenting history, you may request a mentor in your narrative to help build your capacity in this arena. NET will provide an honorarium for the mentor; this expense should not be included in your project budget. (4000 character limit, ~600 words)

  • A description of proposed activity, including detailed information about the specific creations/explorations or sharing of skills/techniques that each partner will undertake, and why.
  • A rationale from each applicant for choosing to partner with this/these organization(s) or individual(s).
  • A description of the intended reciprocal or mutual benefits of the Exchange.
  • The anticipated results or outcomes for each partner.

Collaborative History
Briefly summarize the history of the relationship between the applicants, including prior co-creations, touring exchanges, collaborations, or other interactions.(4000 character limit, ~600 words)

Project schedule
Provide a detailed activity plan and schedule, including project start and end dates. (1000 character limit, ~150 words)

Community Engagement
Describe the community engagement activity. If the main focus of the Exchange is the creation/development or skill sharing of a specific management or organizational practice, you may omit this section. (2000 character limit, ~300 words)

Project Outcomes
Describe your plans for assessment, evaluation, and/or reflection. Include the ways you will share the learning from this project with your peers in the field. If, as an applicant organization, you are applying on behalf of an individual representative from your company, please also describe how the individual will bring his/her experiences and learning back to your organization. (2000 character limit, ~300 words)

Application Authorization
Please upload a Partnership Letter that is co-signed by each applicant, affirming that they have read and agreed to the proposal. For applicants that are organizations, the signatory must be an organizational official with the authority to commit your company to the proposed Partnership. Budget Information

Amount of Grant Request
NOTE: Matching Requirements:

  • Exchange grants must be matched 1:1 through cash and/or in-kind sources.
  • Exchanges with budgets of $6,000 or less may use in-kind sources for their entire match.
  • Exchanges with budgets greater than $6,000 must use cash for at least half of their match.
  • Any partner in the Exchange may provide the match; it does not need to be come equally from each applicant.

Include budget notes to identify how these amounts were determined. If applicable, indicate how you would prefer for NET/TEN grant funds to be distributed among the project partners.
