Producing Directing Team

This is the day-to-day heartbeat of NET; a collaborative trio of contractors practicing shared leadership absent of hierarchical mappings with the support of additional project-based stewards. These artists and organizers emerged from the NETneXt process, and are leading the organization's ongoing transformation through the messy, beautiful work of building the new NET together.

When you reach out to NET, you're connecting with this team. We’re the ones holding the emails and the meetings, the grief time and the breathing space, the vision work and the logistical love that makes transformation possible.

Dream up what's next with us. We would love to talk through whatever you're sitting with. #TeamNET

Shared Leadership Team

This team is where artistic and ensemble wisdom meets organizational governance. Our hybrid circle brings together Producing Directors and Board Members in monthly practice.

Not your traditional board, but an advisory constellation offering grounding and creative accompaniment to the vision in motion. Members receive stipends because we believe in compensating wisdom, and their insights directly support the infrastructure we're building. We are working on moving beyond consultation and into co-creation with agency.

Former Staff We Celebrate & Honor

We carry forward the labor, care, and creativity of the many who built NET across its history. Those who bridged, reimagined, and made space when no one funded it. Their contributions live in the foundation of everything we're building today. We hold their work with deep gratitude.
